		<description><![CDATA[Christy....I would suggest investing in a rice cooker. Rice will basically cook itself in a cooker but if you don&#039;t want to cook, I would say to simmer brown rice on the stove for around 45 minutes. Try using quinoa instead of brown rice if you haven&#039;t-it is a complete protien, more healthier than brown rice, and cooks in 15-20 minutes. I end up cooking my quinoa for 20 minutes.
