Lady K July 31, 2012 at 2:31 pm: I love to use them to make chicken quesadillas …I use cooked chicken shredded and taco sauce…cook the mission tortillas on one side then add chicken sauce and cheese put other tortilla cooked side down on top…then cook the outside flip and cook the other outside… makes a quick easy and cheap meal
Robin Riley July 31, 2012 at 2:42 pm: Mission tortillas are a staple on my grocery list every week. My kids use them for trying out interesting combinations in quesadillas, we make breakfast burritos and we also like to cook them lightly in oil and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar for a sweet treat.
