Tuesday – Sesame Stir-fry
Wednesday – Buffalo Chicken Wings
Thursday – Balsamic Chicken on Brown Rice
Friday – Chicken Tortilla Soup (from The $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook)
Saturday – Tacos (with the $1 taco shells and Taco Meat!)
Sunday - Leftovers or Sandwiches

Hi!! A friend just sent me a link to your site and I absolutely love it! My friend and I are on a similar mission as you. As a single mom, cooking dinner at home is not an option, it is a necessity, and quite frankly until I started mapping out my meals, and grocery list, I was spending well over $100 every week at the grocery store.(and being stressed every afternoon about “what I would make for dinner”) Now my dinners are averaging around $6-7 a week, and with a focus on health!! I am going to check out your recipes to lower my cost even further. Too cool!!
