This looks delicious! I actually have all those ingredients on hand…it’s a miracle. Since I’ve already gotten all of our meals planned until tomorrow night, I’ll probably make this Sat.

@Megan, We enjoy baked asparagus drizzled with olive oil, sea salt, and halved grape tomatoes. Bake at 400 and watch closely. Delicious!

Made this for dinner last night (except did baked potato instead of rice since the oven was already heated) and it was delicious-just a hint of sweetness. Also oven roasted the asparagus, ‘since the oven was heated!

Love your site. I’ve tried a few recipes so far and I think this one might be in the works for tonight.

Just curious though… Rosemary and Basil grow like crazy in my garden. Have you added herbs to your garden? $.50 is a lot when you are trying to stay under $5!
