I too have to feed a family of six and am dying trying to get it done. lol. All they do is eat, 4 out of the six are boys, 2 grown and 2 growing. After I go grocery shopping it seems like everything is gone within two weeks or so.

I know i am a little late to this one….Does Duffy have a blog? I made this for dinner tonight - except I put my oven at 375 - I thought 450 would obliterate my bite-size pieces of chicken after 40 minutes. And I did sub for the potatoes like someone else asked about - I just used the veggies in my fridge - brocoli, carrots, zucchini, and red pepper. I'm looking forward to using my leftovers as suggested :)

Thanks for the great recipe! I was amazed when we moved to Colorado & found that milk was under $2. I was used to paying over $3 in Maryland.

<a

I live in Indiana and on sale can sometimes get a gallon of milk for $1.99 on sale at Kroger or Walgreens (on sale usually applies to all fat contents). Not on sale it would run $2.69-$3.39 a gallon depending on brand and fat content.
Eggs depend on the size - Kroger and Walmart run sales on medium and large for $1 a dozen sometimes. The only time I have seen lower than that though at Kroger when the end date is nearing and one time did get those marked down to 75 cents.

Price of foods depend and vary greatly on where you live.

I live in Indiana and on sale can sometimes get a gallon of milk for $1.99 on sale at Kroger or Walgreens (on sale usually applies to all fat contents). Thanks for al the great recipes!

Great recipe! I love 2 for 1!!!! And eggs I do not see cheaper than $1/dozen here.

$1.99 for a gallon of milk? I live in MS and it’s $3.39. We drink 1%. Price goes up with more fat.
