yum! Making this right now – perfect for the weather today! My subs: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 lb. meat substitute (tofu crumbles) – have to fake the family!; 1/2 chopped green pepper, 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes (no jalapenos); 1 can chili beans instead of pintos. Smells wonderful! Hubby will be happy tonite!!

I am IN LOVE with Tabasco sauce. I am so making this. Only wish it weren’t too late for me to make it tonight!

It was just GREAT to meet you this weekend. I hope we can stay in touch. Would love to get to know you more and possibly collaborate or something!

Hope you made it home safe and sound;)

@MckMama,

Well then this is the chili for you!!! I wish we could have had more time to chat this weekend! Happy to collaborate…and there is something I’d like to ask you about…but not today!

Other than a traffic jam in Cincy, we made it home without any trouble! Sweet Tyler hardly made a peep all the way home!

I’ll be in touch soon!
