My personal favorite is simply to roast a chicken (maybe 4lbs?) and then add a can of cream of chicken soup.
I know different people add eggs...breadcrumbs...etc., but the plain old soup is my favorite.

<a

I tried to stay under $300/month but I have 2 teens and 2 preteens who eat like adults. I find it difficult to do for less than $400/month.

How many people are in your family? LOL! I got what you meant!
I put the marinade into a freezer baggie, then add the meat/chicken/fish/pork...whatever...and then press all the air out and seal. Then I "mix" the meat in with the marinade in the baggie. Then freeze.
To thaw, I pull it out of the freezer the night before and put in the fridge...then it marinates as it thaws.

<a
