Well, I didn’t load that up right. But Eatin’ on the Cheap is linked up to Money in the Mixes that is all about homemade pre-made mixes.

I don’t have an URL but I wanted to share my dinner I made tonight. It was a HUGE hit with my 5 & 7 year old boys & of course my husband.

1 20 oz Package Jennie-O Ground Turkey $1.49 (VG’s this week)
1 McCormick Chicken Taco Seasoning Package FREE (Pantry from Meijers)
2 Cans Pillsbury Grands Biscuits 8 ct .02 each (Fridge from Meijers)
1 8 oz Kraft Cheese Mexican Mix FREE (Fridge from Meijers)
1 Can Rotel FREE (Pantry from Kroger)

Brown ground turkey and drain grease if needed, add McCormick Seasoning and add 1/2 C water and let simmer. Mold biscuits into muffin pans, bake for 8 minutes. Add can of rotel and cheese to ground turkey and mix. Biscuits weren’t baked all the way then added heaping large spoon of mix to middle, baked another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 16 Biscuit Cups

This meal was great tasting and for $1.53!!
