Thanksgiving on a Budget

This week we are running a special series on doing Thanksgiving…on a budget!

Who is “we”?

looking forward to it. its just me and the hubby this year so hopefully we can do it on a budget and keep it SMALL! Hope the little man arrives safe and sound! Im amazed you are still working away .:)

Awesome! I’m starting my shopping this evening with some turkeys that are on sale. Then gradually I’ll be adding to the pile of stuff we’ll be doing for the two big meals…

THIS is worth sending the hubs out for (you stay home and rest with new baby). Wal-Mart has sweet potatoes for .25/lb. I bought 10 lbs. for $2.50!! Cheaper, fresher, and better looking than the ones at Aldi for .33/lb.
