Just in time! I have a can of pumpkin pie that I’d love to use for pancakes. I didn’t like them as cookies but I bet they would be yummy as pancakes!!!
Might have to try the egg sandwhich. it beats going to mickey d’s(even though it is across the street.

Wow these look great. I love simple breakfast recipes. The faster the better, as long as it’s not from a fast food restaurant. You end up blowing all your calories for the day in one meal. Thanks for sharing!

I do the breakfast sandwiches in under three minutes. I posted about my methods and what I use a couple weeks ago on my blog. I love doing them that quickly as my hubby isn’t a breakfast eater when he first gets up but because he is diabetic has to have something so I make him a quick, cheap ‘to go’ sandwhich in under three minutes utilizing my microwave.

I LOVE breakfast for dinner! It’s one of my favorites that we do probably about once a month. Usually it’s pancakes. I am definitely going to try your pumpkin pancakes. They sound yummy!

I am so afraid that one day I’m going to experience the same freezer dilemma you did! So glad you made arrangements and didn’t lose anything, that would have been horrible!

Those egg sandwiches look SO delicious. I can’t have english muffins either (celiac) but would love to grab some gluten-free ones and make this! Yum!

I have my own variation-
I use turkey ham (less fat than sausage) and I use egg whites instead of the egg. delicious! I also use arnold’s bread, its alot more dense than a muffin. add with a bit of cheese….heaven!

I am so glad to hear that you caught the freezer issue before it was too late! I’ve had my big freezer door left ajar by a child and, the next thing I know (could have even been days later) everything was totally covered in frost and I heard a drip, drip, dripping coming from it. Hundreds of dollars gone!

The egg sandwiches look good too. I haven’t made those in ages. Thanks for the reminder.

I’m so happy you didn’t lose any freezer goodies.

Speaking of English Muffins, one of the best Mom and Pop hamburger joints I’ve ever been to, serves their burgers on English Muffins. Super good, and unexpected.

Ok, yikes and yuck on the freezer debacle. But I’m here because I thought these photos were particularly amazing. And it’s not just because I love a good sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. (Which I do.) When I get myself a good camera, which I will, I’m going to be calling you for tips.

These are one of our favorite things to make in our house! We LOVE them. The English muffins make the meal I think! My husband is the egg maker in our house!
