I’m hoping to take advantage of a few sale items this week (strawberries and winter squash, in particular) to get some butternut squash muffins made…and some fresh strawberry-honey syrup into some cans!
Monday - Tuna BLTs
Tuesday – Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad from Mom Advice
Wednesday – Tomato Black Bean Barley Soup Recipe from Michelle
Thursday – A1 Beef Stew (Doubled to stash half in the freezer!)
Friday – Baked Chicken Spaghetti
Saturday – Leftovers or Sandwiches
Sunday - Grill for my birthday 
I will post the recipes each night after I make the meal. If you see a meal you are interested in, please check back for the recipe later in the week!

I am excited to see the recipe for the A-1 Beef Stew. I have lots of A-1 hanging around my pantry from some great sales!

On Monday will be leftovers for 2 people and I’ll have pizza at a meeting where we are putting together bags, etc for our church women’s retreat coming up this next Friday. Tues-crockpot roast and potatoes or bread. Wed-maybe crockpot chicken. I need to make more broth so now I’ll have some. Thurs-leftovers or fishstix. Friday-Sat. leftovers or Phil eats canned clam chowder. Subject to change if I decide something else to make when I do more planning tomorrow.
