My tip is to make a BIG batch of say...sweet potatoes and put them in ice cube trays and freeze them. Once frozen, store them in a freezer ziploc bag and take out as needed. This has saved me ALOT of time! I have made my own baby food for my first 2 children and now with my third due in 4 weeks, it would be great to have this book read by the time she is ready for solid foods.
