The hardest part of couponing is finding the key to organization and not forgetting your coupons at home.
The hardest part of couponing for me is gathering and oranizing my coupons during my shopping. I pull out the ones I think I’ll need based on my list, but when I see an unadvertised sale or special, and have a coupon, it takes forever to find it!

The hardest part for me is putting them in my two accordian organizers b/c too many of my categories were overflowing in one. I buy my papers, print off my coupons, even sort them into category piles, but putting them into each section by expiration date takes FOREVER.
Still love my savings though.
This is great b/c you can see all the coupons, unlike my pocket size divider. And you prop it in the grocery cart.

I am a super organized person, it’s almost like OCD. My coupon holder in an envelope at the moment because I just can’t find the right thing too keep them in. And since I travel between stores I would love to be able to see everything I have laid out. Although I have to say the little envelope is handy when I have to make last minute stops at Kroger! I can keep it in my car and then I have no excuse not to save money

The hardest part about using coupons effectively is deciding when to use them. Do you use them on a pretty good sale, or do you wait for a better sale in hopes of paying less. Expiration date needs to be considered in those decisions, too.

I currently use a 2 small index card accordion files with different categories. It’s easy to find a coupon if I remember it’s in there – but difficult to see what coupons I have if there’s something I’ve forgotten about.

Right now, I leave my coupons uncut – and, before I go shopping, I pull the ones I need and keep them in envelopes. However, this system breaks down, because I can’t snatch clearanced items, use my coupons, and get them for free!

the hardest part is keeping coupons in their own categories and watching the expiration dates, i like to put them in date order then category order, most of them have the same expiry date
