Great Deals: 1.5 lb beef roast marked down to $2.52, sourdough bread marked down to $.69, 6 rice cakes for $.49 a piece, PINT of blueberries for $1 each!
And 1 pack of diapers…remember the great diaper deal last week! I always try to get diapers when they come out to less than $6 a pack!
I also stopped at the local farmer’s stand and got all this for $9.91! The corn was a bit more than I would normally spend, but it was the first “bicolor” corn I’d seen this year and I couldn’t resist!!! So sweet!!! My farmer’s stand has a 50% off “thrift table” where they sale ripe and overly ripe fruits for half off! Score!!!
I spent $61.13 on the week…$19 under budget!!! Will “roll that over” into next week and hope to come in under budget for the month!

NIce work! I have found that the more I try to stick to my budget, the more of a game it becomes and the less I end up spending.
