I experiment with cooking, but not baking!! Until I came across the cobbler recipe---WOW! I am so excited! It was the easiest thing I could make for my husband! He is allergic to most fruits, so apples are about the only thing we can use. I used one can of apple pie filling and made the cobbler in a stoneware baking dish. It turned out crunchyand flaky on the crust and yummy, moist, gooey, and delicious on the inside! I also love this website because my questions are always answered as soon as I send an email. Thanks for taking a moment to listen to me "gush" for a while!! I can't wait to try more exciting recipes!

As a new wife/homemaker on a one income budget, this website has become a LIFESAVER for me!! I posted the link to this recipe last night when I was using up the overripe fruit in my house. I added strawberries to the peaches and blueberries and it was awesome. Thanks for your great info.

I love your site, it is actually one of the ones that inspired me to start my blog, Whats a Mom to do. I'm excited to try this. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. What a great find!!!
