No I don&#039;t use meat at every meal.  I typically have a vegetarian meal (rice and beans, or rice and lentils) along with a &quot;breakfast for dinner&quot; meal with eggs each week.  I use meat/chicken maybe 4-5 times a week.  I have a LOT stashed in my freezer from previous grocery trips!</description>
