Growing up there were ALWAYS two thing that could be found in the pantry…at ALL times! Tortilla chips and PACE PICANTE SAUCE! (Let’s just say my dad had has a slight obsession with the stuff!) So when Pace asked if I wanted to do a giveaway, I was thrilled. For nostalgia’s sake!
The lovely folks at Pace are giving away 5 different flavors of the Pace Specialty Salsas, along with a cookbook, so you can put your salsa to good use!
Pictured above are 3 0f the specialty flavors, Tequila Lime Salsa, Black Bean and Roasted Corn Salsa, and Pineapple Mango Chipotle Salsa. Winner will receive 5 jars of the Pace specialty salsas!

Our family loves Mexican food. Even our children (2 &5) recognize the logos for two of our favorite national restaurants. One of my favorite recipes is a slow cooker enchilada. You layer tortillas, meat/beans, cheese and salsa and let it cook for a few hours. YUM!!

We eat salsa on tons of stuff. Try adding it to chicken noodle soup, serve over crushed up tortillas for a quick and easy chicken tortilla soup!
