I just throw it all in a food processor and what a great treat! The kids love it and so do the adults.
Sometimes I will add 1 6 ounce container of fat free yogurt of any flavor.

I like to take 2 over ripe bananas, 6 large strawberries, 1 kiwi peeled, 1/2 cup of organic vanilla soy milk ( I found it at Walmart super store for less than non organic vanilla soy milk), 3 scoops of fat free vanilla frozen yogurt and about a cup of ice cubes. I also freeze excess fruit juice in ice cube trays. This includes juice (not syrup) from canned fruit and extra orange, lime and grapefruit juice from my fruit trees.

I freeze chunks of any fruit getting over ripe in a freezer bag labeled “Smoothie”.

I also freeze excess fruit juice in ice cube trays. This is how I get most of my family's vitamins in them! The best tasting smoothie for both my kids & I is the PB&J smoothie. It tastes just like the sandwich, but nice and cold! I sneak in some cabbage, carrots, whatever I have on hand. Yummy!

I add everything but the kitchen sink! From Kale to ground advocado pit! Any variety of mango, strawberry, blueberry, avocado, banana, kiwi, pineapple, etc - the banana and/or avocado gives it enough creaminess milk/yogurt/etc aren't necessary. I use apple juice to make it blendable, and the amount varies depending how much of the fruit is frozen or fresh. I throw in a handful of baby carrots almost every time too - can't taste them at all. Haven't worked my way up to spinach though...But I do have to say, my kids will eat pretty much any fruit and veggie put in front of them, the smoothies are just a healthier way to cool off than ice cream in our house! (I've thought about trying watermelon, cantaloupe, & honeydew, but haven't had the chance yet).

I make all-fruit smoothies. 1 cup ice
1 cup milk
1 cup berries
1 Tablespoons fat free/sugar free jello pudding
You can make all kinds of different flavors using different berries and different flavors of jello :) I made a blueberry cheesecake smoothie yesterday!

Adding fat free/sugar free instant jello pudding to a smoothie is delicious!
