I like the stroganoff from pot roast idea. My teens don't get too excited about leftovers. Good luck with your book! I am amazed at how many mommies are blogging, especially with little ones. Beautiful blogs with clever ideas-don't you love the internet! It is very inspiring and would have been a lifesaver for me, when mine were little.
