2 cans or jars spaghetti sauce
6 no boil lasagna noodles
3 c. mozzarella cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 eggs
salt, pepper to taste
1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained well)
Mix together cottage and parmesan cheeses, eggs, salt & pepper, and spinach. Pour a bit of sauce at bottom of pan, layer 3 noodles, half of cottage cheese mixture, half of mozzarella cheese, and a layer of sauce. Repeat. Bake covered with foil at 350 1 hr. 15 min. Let stand 10 minutes.
This is really good even if you don't "like" spinach.

Hi–I love your blog, wanted to let you know of a great $5 lasagna recipe:<br

Do you stick to your $5 limit, or do you relax it for the holiday?

I was wondering what your plans were for Easter dinner.
