okay you sparked my interest with potato pizza?? You’re also the 3rd person who had cheeseburger something or another on their menu – must be the weather.

I love the potato pizza, and extending the table is a great frugal cook-book! D & I bought our own after borrowing yours.
I use it a lot; in fact 2 of our meals came from it this week!

I LOVE “More with Less” and my friend just gave me “Extending the Table” for my birthday. I haven’t finished reading it yet, but look forward to the night I can relax with it and read!

I would be interested in hearing what other recipes you all like from More with Less. I also received one as a gift lately and like to hear what recipes have gone over well with others. Thanks.

These look like great dinner ideas. I’m just getting into the whole meal planning thing after years of eating dinner out every night. So far my favorite cookbook to use is Cooking with All Things Trader Joe’s since that’s where I do most of my shopping, and the recipes are easy enough that even a kitchen disaster like me can make them work.
