Monday – Lentil Burritos

Tuesday – Cranberry Stew

Wednesday – Dinner with family

Thursday – Turkey, GF Cornbread Stuffing, Regular Stuffing, Gravy, Steamed Broccoli, Walnut topped Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, Yeast Rolls, Apple Pie and Pumpkin Pie
(Although I have not done exact calculations, I estimate that this will cost $45 for 7 people)

Friday – Turkey Pot Pie

Saturday – BBQ Turkey Sandwiches

Sunday – Hubs’ Birthday Dinner at MIL’s house

Lentil burritos… I have got to give that a whirl. We are trying to go less meat (hard to do with a carnivore for a husband, but he’s been very willing to try anything).

I make something like the Lentil Burritos and I also throw in a can of black beans into the mix and it is so yummy!

I like it cold too as a taco salad on lettuce and fixins!
