
This week is a Pantry Challenge Week for me! Perhaps this is an old concept for some of you, but it’s new to me! I have a very short grocery list for the next 2 weeks…mainly bread, produce and yogurt. And perhaps I’ll take advantage of the Kroger Mix and Match sale one more time! I did pretty well last week (saved $130!), but I don’t plan to get near as much this week! Goal: $35 or less…
Monday – Lentil Meatloaf
Tuesday – Mango Chicken
Wednesday – Fish, Potatoes and Squash
Thursday – Chickpea Stew
Friday – Pronto Beef and Rice (Thanks Peggyann!)
Saturday – Hubs in the Kitchen!
Sunday – Birthday Party
