I have a problem most of the recipes here because they require cheap grades of meats from farm abused animals who are very sickly and dosed heavily with antibiotics I refuse to feed our family. Even my dogs only eat from the Whole Foods humanely raised standards without the drugs. I feel the same way about some of the dairy here, but it is just a few cents more per meal to get organic but way worth it. Otherwise great site, lots of great tips & glad you are into alternatives for food allergies, just wish this were practical for me. We also used one of Paces Specialty Sauces recently on sale with a coupon. It was the 4-Cheese Mexican Cheese Sauce. Next time I will omit the cheddar and use just the sauce. It was delicious!!!!
