I had heard about the the powerful antioxidants and nutrients that pomegranates contain so we tried one. They are only in our grocery store a couple of months out of the year, but when they are we buy several. The girls eat the seeds like nuts. But they are a little messier!

I’ve been trying to teach my teenage girls to eat healthy. For some reason it works better than luke warm water. Sounds like a good recipe

HI there, I know that what works well when taking the seeds out of the pomegranite is having the water icy cold.
