I don’t use sweet potatoes in my recipes nearly enough. This is a very economical dish.

This looks like a really good meatless meal! I can’t wait to hear how you like it. And I’ve never tried asparagus the way you fix it, I’ve always boiled it. Perhaps I’ll have to try your way!

Since it is going to be pureed anyway, you could probably save a significant amount of money by replacing the asparagus with broccoli. But I do enjoy asparagus!
