Wow! I’m amazed you are able to make all these $5 dinners, and I’m really excited to keep checking out your recipes. But I do have a question: How do you get your ingredients so cheap? Is it just where you live, or do you buy in bulk? I live in Canada, and looking at your breakdown of prices, there is NO WAY I would get those ingredients for those prices! One pound of ground beef alone would be at least $4. A can of tomato sauce would be at least $.80…..How do you do it?!

I look forward to browsing your recipes and checking out your tips!

Yeah, you’ve gotta love how cheap and filling Minestrone is!

Thanks for the tips. I’ll keep my eyes posted for that upcoming post.

Very good. Son LOVED it. Hubby added some taco sauce because he thought it needed more of a taco taste. but he really liked it. Will have again. thanks for the easy cheap recipe.
