The autumn chicken sounds good, could you post the recipe or link?
The Zucchini bread looks really tasty. . . I’d leave out the nuts too, I think. I had to carbo load my hubby this past week too for an adventure race. Good luck to your husband!! And thanks for the recipe links!

Good job… menu sounds good!
I love the idea of $5 dinners!
Your menu looks great! Those potato and egg tacos sound interesting, I think my family would love them. Have a great week!
I’m looking forward to seeing your week over at Happy to be at Home!
I’m wondering about the Autumn Chicken. The zucchini pineapple muffins sound delish!
Gotta love a free sub, except I’m on a diet that allows no bread. I’m actually not missing it so far and I’m 3 weeks in!
gotta love the kind of mistakes that end in freebies!!
Your week sounds like it is going to be yummy. And I love the fact that all of your meals are $5 or less. I am always on a budget, and it seems like my grocery bill is one of the biggest. (With a soon to be family of 6, yeah, I can see how that is possible.) I am definitely going to try the potato, egg and cheese tacos. I could see that definitely being a good breakfast meal.
Take care!

I’d love the Autumn Chicken recipe! Thank you!

I haven’t made any homemade sloppy joes in a long time, that is something to put on the menu for another week – thanks for the suggestion.
We’re having homemade pizza one night this week as well. We’ll make one pepperoni and one something else.
I’ll have to check out your recipes. Thanks for sharing them.
