Pizza Wraps

Ingredients
6 Tortillas ($.77)
1/2 jar pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce ($.50)
Pepperoni ($.75)
1/2 Green Pepper, thinly sliced ($.50)
2 cups shredded cheese ($1.67)
Carrot Sticks ($.75)
4 Watermelon Wedges ($.30)

Directions
1. Preheat oven 350. Lay tortillas flat. Spread on pizza sauce. Layer 1-2 rows of pepperoni and sliced green peppers. Sprinkle with cheese, leaving room to roll.
2. Roll up tortillas and place snugly into 8×8 dish. Cook about 10 minutes so cheese melts.
3. Serve warm with carrot sticks. Delicioso!

Now THIS looks great! My family loves enchiladas and this is like an italian version! I am trying this this week for sure! Especially since I have everything I need right here at home already! Thanks!

I tried these and they were great. I tried some with pizza sauce and cheese and veggies and some with leftover spaghetti meat sauce and cheese. DH really liked the spaghetti kind! :)

These were really tasty! Next time I’m going to put a little homemade pesto (garlic, olive oil, basil, and almonds) on them. They remind me of my favorite appetizer at a resturant back home.
