Ingredients
6 Tortillas ($.77)
1/2 jar pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce ($.50)
Pepperoni ($.75)
1/2 Green Pepper, thinly sliced ($.50)
2 cups shredded cheese ($1.67)
Carrot Sticks ($.75)
4 Watermelon Wedges ($.30)
Directions
1. Preheat oven 350. Lay tortillas flat. Spread on pizza sauce. Layer 1-2 rows of pepperoni and sliced green peppers. Sprinkle with cheese, leaving room to roll.
2. Roll up tortillas and place snugly into 8×8 dish. Cook about 10 minutes so cheese melts.
3. Serve warm with carrot sticks. Delicioso!

I tried these and they were great. I tried some with pizza sauce and cheese and veggies and some with leftover spaghetti meat sauce and cheese. DH really liked the spaghetti kind!

These were really tasty! Next time I’m going to put a little homemade pesto (garlic, olive oil, basil, and almonds) on them. They remind me of my favorite appetizer at a resturant back home.
