I am so glad I found your website. My husband was just laid off work and I am going to need to really watch the grocery budget now. Feeding a family of 8 will be a challenge.

Hey, SH. Since the recipe calls for torn tortillas, that would be soft and since I’ve had this kind of soup at restaurants, I believe it should be soft corn tortillas to make the right flavor. Hope that helps!

How do you keep track of how much each meal costs you? I would love to be able to see how much we are spending for each meal, but haven't quite been able to come up with a system that allows me to keep track.
