I buy breaded lemon pepper cod from Costco (Sam&#039;s club).  It is from Jane&#039;s and it&#039;s the best we&#039;ve ever eatten!  It doesn&#039;t go on sale that often, but when it does I stock up.
Also, for kids who don&#039;t like broccoli...put a couple tbsp of butter in a small frying pan on medium heat.  Let melt, then add bread crumbs...not to much.  Let the bread crumbs brown slightly, usually takes less than a minute, then poor over the broccoli.
